What's your team dealing with?

Support straight after it happens

After an accident, an assault or a frightening event at work, Debbie provides structured debriefing for the people involved, on site or online. There's one-to-one crisis support for anyone who needs it, and support for the managers holding everything together.

  • Critical incident debriefing
  • Group and one to one
  • Manager support

One hard day travels a long way.

An incident lands on the people in the room. Then it keeps moving, through the team and the managers and on into people's homes. Watch where it goes, then see what changes when support meets it.

Ripples spreading out from one incident to the people who were there, the team, the managers, home life and the months after. With support, each ring is met and the ripples settle.

Six colleagues sit in a circle of chairs in a bright meeting room, mugs of tea at their feet, listening as one of them speaks.

Support for the day itself and the months that follow.

Every organisation is different, so sessions are shaped around your people and the work they do. They run live, with plenty of room for questions.

Most wellbeing gets bought as a phone number.

A helpline waits for people to call. After a hard day, most people won't.

Debbie works the other way round. She comes to your team, learns how your organisation runs and stays with you over time. Support is already in place before the next difficult day, and the people delivering it already know your people.

Debbie calls it her whole company approach. One embedded partner works across people, teams and systems and builds a long-term relationship with your organisation. Nobody has to tell their story twice.

Directly, or alongside your EAP

Debbie provides critical incident support directly to organisations and as an external practitioner for several national Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs).

Through an EAP, organisations usually pay more than her direct rate. Working with Debbie directly brings the same specialist response, quicker access and continuity of care, at a lower cost.

If you already have an EAP

Debbie can work alongside it or provide support independently. If you're not sure whether you have an EAP contract, she can help you check before you go ahead.
